We were up at 6am to have breakfast and then pack up; we're on the move again! JoJo was a prize recipient at school assembly this morning so D&S, Carla and Henry went to school with Jo. So we couldn't leave until they had all come home. We eventually got away at 10:15 am, a little later than anticipated.
First stop was at the Yass Service Centre for a takeway McCafe. Lunch was in the van at Cowra after having a wander up and down the main street. Just as we were settling in with lunch, the lady parked next to us started up her engine and we thought she was leaving. But she just wanted the aircon on or something, so Greg had to ask her to turn it off as the exhaust fumes were coming straight into the van! It is quite amazing the stupid things some people do!
We arrived In Orange at 3:10pm,
checked-in (site #S17) and setup. It
didn't take us very long to do as there was a storm on the way (so we thought),
so we didn't mess around. We took a slow
wander around the park to stretch the legs and find the amenities block. Then it was time to start prepping for
dinner. We had veggies with pork chop
(Wendy) and salmon (Greg). It was early
to bed as we were both quite buggered from all the late nights recently!
